How We Do Business...

When you place an audit request
(either physical or phone)
with Premium Audit Services, LLC
the assignment:

is managed by Visual Audit.

is performed by a either a full time or part time employee who: works exclusively for Premium Audit Services, LLC; uses a lap top computer that is equipped with the full compliment of PAAS material; and has insurance company experience.

is performed by an experienced premium auditor (not a number taker) who has undergone extensive training and was hired for technical competency, not years of field experience.

is performed by auditors specifically trained to audit insured's who use QuickBooks® as their accounting system and are proficient in uncovering all exposures, by: knowing which reports to run; how to modify the reports for insurance auditing purposes; and how to interpret those reports without incurring excessive time charges.

will include a tour of the premises for all physical audits performed on the insured's premises. Off premises audits require the auditor to speak with an officer/owner to review: business operations, employee duties and sub contract exposure. We do this even if there is only one class code on the policy. In other words we audit the risk, not the policy.

is not complete by looking at the payroll and cash disbursements for a Worker's Compensation physical audit. Our staff will get the sales information, compare the sales to payroll, look at contracts and invoices, and visit the insured’s web site so you can rely on us to fully describe the insured’s operation.

is reviewed by a manager with over 25 years experience and compared with both the customer requirements and the manual rules.

is billed only for actual time spent (subject to a one hour minimum) on a physical audit. Phone audits are billed at a flat charge.
